Michael Bhagwandin's interest in real estate began early in life, inspiring him to buy and sell his first home at age 19. A few years later he invested again, and over time, became not only a savvy investor, but an experienced rental and sales professional.

Michael started his career in NYC real estate during the worst real estate recession, and despite that, quickly emerged as a rising star. He went from doing luxury condo rentals to helping buyers find their first homes, getting the highest dollar per square foot in his seller's buildings, and finding old rental buildings for investors to convert to condominiums. Michael recently assisted a financial acquisitions company in liquidating their real estate assets in NYC. He is also sought-after by many other investors, firms and acquisitions companies to build up their portfolio.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Michael relocated from his hometown to embrace the unique and exciting New York City market where he has achieved much success. He specializes mainly on the West Side in the Chelsea, Hell's Kitchen, West Village and Greenwich Village neighborhoods, serving clients with the highest degree of quality service and attentiveness to their needs. Currently residing in Chelsea, Michael boasts a wealth of knowledge and connections as a devout community member.
